Kiran Kandade, the founder of Socrates Learning, was a speaker at the Imagine Nepal 2014 – The 1st National Appreciative Inquiry Conference, in January 2014. The presentation described the necessary ingredients for successfully facilitating Appreciative Inquiry in organizations and communities to create visible, measurable, and transformational change.

Following the conference, Kiran was interviewed by Ashbin Pudasainin, the General Secretary of “Imagine Nepal” for their publication “Samaya Sandarva”. The article explains the philosophy behind the powerful methodology of Appreciative Inquiry going on to describe how it works to unleash human potential and elevate human strengths for peace and prosperity in the home, organization and community.
